A Healthy Diet Recipe
That Tastes Good

Here is a healthy diet recipe that can be interpreted two ways...

One, it’s a delicious, easy recipe that is good for anybody, whether they are on a diet or just wanting to eat more healthfully.

Two, it’s a recipe for somebody who is dieting and is looking for something really healthy, not one of those questionable manufactured diet products.

You’ll control the ingredients in this smoothie and you don’t have to worry about whether it contains dangerous chemicals that may be low fat but are bad for your health, because you know exactly what you are putting into it.

If you are dieting to lose weight, a reasonable plan would be to substitute one meal with this tasty drink.

If you don’t necessarily need to lose weight but you want to improve your health, the same suggestion holds true; substitute one meal with this drink.

Fruit and Vegetable Smoothie

Here we go… Just put all the ingredients into a high-powered blender, putting in the grapes first, so it all blends together more easily. If necessary, you can add water, ice cubes or freshly made juice to get the consistency that’s right for you.

Red Grapes Bunch
  • 2 cups red or green grapes
  • 1 cup zucchini
  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh green peas
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/2-1 cup broccoli
  • 1/4 cup avocado
  • 1 cup water, if you want a thinner finished product

This may sound like a strange combination, but it's surprisingly sweet, satisfying, and filling. The small amount of avocado gives it a creamy consistency. It’ll keep you going until your next meal, and you will know you’ve done something very good for yourself by taking the time to make this healthy diet recipe.
