Here&#39;s another healthy lunchtime smoothie. I received inspiration for this recipe from Victoria Boutenko&#39;s book, &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.1shoppingcart.com/app/?af=1072994&quot;&gt;&lt;i&gt;Green Smoothie Revolution&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/a&gt;. 

&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Arugula and Romaine lettuce - about 2 to 2-1/2 cups
&lt;li&gt;Mango - one (or about a cup of frozen mango, which is what I used)
&lt;li&gt;Apple - one
&lt;li&gt;Water - one cup
&lt;/ul&gt;

Put all the ingredients in your blender (a high-powered one works best) and blend it all up for a delicious and good-for-you lunch.

I couldn&#39;t finish it all during my brief lunch time, so I covered the remainder and refrigerated it. It separated a little but I stirred it and it still tasted good and maintained a vibrant color.</description>
