Super Foods?
There’s a lot of hype about so-called super foods. I’m sure there are some specific instances when they can help a person recover from injuries or illnesses but in general, as part of a normal healthy diet, they aren’t necessary. You will get loads of outstanding nutrition from fresh healthy foods, preferably

flaxseed
. Your dollar will go further if you focus on the whole foods, rather than processed. For example, if you need to save money cook your own garbanzo beans instead of buying them canned.
