Mike Anderson’s Rave Diet Is One That Can Save Your Life
Have you heard of the RAVE Diet? No, it’s not the kind of food eaten at an all-night dance party.
Mike Anderson, the author of The RAVE Diet & Lifestyle says that it stands for: - No Refined foods
- No Animal foods
- No Vegetable oils
- No Exceptions & Exercise
In addition to the book, there’s an amazing DVD that is shocking, enlightening, and can change your life. It shows you the way to heal illnesses that kill so many people in countries that eat an animal-based diet. It’s simple, and it doesn’t require pharmaceuticals or supplements or surgery or chemotherapy or radiation. Everyone needs to know about this immensely important information!
Here are a few of the facts that got my attention as I watched the DVD: - Heart disease and cancer are the two hallmark diseases of an animal-based diet.
- You may think that you’re not hurting yourself if you just eat a little bit of chicken or a little bit of cheese. According to Caldwell B. Esselstyn, Jr., MD, a former surgeon, researcher and clinician at the Cleveland Clinic, tests now show that endothelial damage occurs in blood vessels following just one animal-based meal.
- Guess what? We already have a cure for cancer. It’s called the immune system.
- The biggest cause of cancer is a weakened immune system. Plant foods are the only foods that strengthen the immune system.
- Animal-based diets feed cancer. Plant-based diets feed your immune system.
